SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping to the United States
We offer shipping to almost anywhere in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses). Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, the shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based on your address and items.
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses. Stay updated, and we’ll notify you when this service becomes available.
Our Shipping Process
We aim to package and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, we start processing it immediately, so changes or modifications cannot be made. Due to our global sourcing, shipping can take 8-18 business days for orders to be packed and shipped. Rest assured, we’re working to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days to process. While we strive to deliver your order on time, Colorfulworld is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or service interruptions.
You will be charged when your order or part of your order ships. You’ll only be charged for shipped items, along with applicable shipping fees and taxes. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Details
- Economy Orders: Ship via UPS SurePost, delivered by USPS.
- Standard Orders: Ship via UPS or USPS.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: Applies regardless of order size/weight. In some cases, the flat rate may exceed actual shipping costs.
Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This applies to both economy and standard orders. We currently do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options.
Shipping Information:
- Economy Shipping: Transit Time: 15-18 business days; Order Handling Time: 0-5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Standard Shipping: Transit Time: 8-12 business days; Order Handling Time: 0-5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Order Cutoff Time: 8:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time); Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. To better serve you, we source products from multiple warehouses globally. If your order ships from multiple locations, you will receive separate shipments at no extra cost. Once shipped, you’ll get a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking info. Please note that items ordered together may not ship on the same day.
Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days from the shipping date.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, an Expected Ship Date will be shown. You will be notified via email if there are any changes to the ship date. You won’t be charged for backordered items until they ship. If your order contains backordered items, we may cancel them or ship the available items separately. You can cancel items while they are processing.
Cancellations
We begin processing your order immediately after it's placed. You have up to 60 minutes to cancel your order. If cancellation is possible, you’ll be able to do it through your order details. If cancellation is not possible, you may return eligible items according to our return policy.
Refused Shipments
If your package is returned to sender as undeliverable, you’ll receive a refund once the return is processed. Orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped; please place a new order if you still wish to receive the items.
Track Your Order
To track your order, visit your account or check your Shipment Confirmation email for tracking info. If you don’t have an account, use your order number and billing zip code to track through our site.
Shipping Delays
If there’s a delay with your order, you may receive an email with updates, or you can check the latest tracking info online. If no updates are available and your order is past the estimated delivery date, contact us.
Missing Package(s) or Item(s)
If an item is missing, double-check your order in your account or confirmation email. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us through Live Chat, the Contact Form, or email. Please include your order number and let us know if it’s a "Missing Package" or "Missing Item." We’ll respond to your claim and assist further.
SHIPPING FAQs
Do you ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses?
Currently, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses. Stay updated for future service availability.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order online by clicking here.
Orders may be shipped separately, and items may not arrive on the same day. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we’ll notify you and provide an estimated ship date.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only ship to the address specified in your order. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
We source products from various global partners. Orders fulfilled from multiple locations may ship separately at no additional cost. Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that items ordered together may not ship on the same day.
Why is my item on backorder?
Occasionally, an item on colorfulworldelephantlight.com may not yet be available at our distribution center or may be so popular that it’s out of stock. You can still order a backordered item to reserve your preferred color and size, but it will be shipped once it becomes available. The expected ship date will be shown when you add the item to your shopping bag.
Please note: Backorder ship dates may change, and we’ll notify you via email if there are any updates.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you when your items ship or if there are any updates on your order status.
If you have an account on colorfulworldelephantlight.com, log in to view your orders and tracking updates.
If you don’t have an account, simply find your order number and visit this tracking link to track your order.
Can I cancel my order?
For select orders, changes can be made within 60 minutes of order placement. After this time, orders cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to cancel within 60 minutes, please contact us via live chat, email, or the contact form to check if it’s possible. If cancellation isn’t available, you can return eligible items for a refund according to our return policy.
What should I do if my item or package is missing?
Check your order status, and if it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and missing item/package details.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs range from $7 to $25 based on your order total. Colorfulworld Members enjoy free shipping on orders over $50. For more details, please refer to our pricing chart.
Currently, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping, but we will notify you once these options become available.
What if my order has shipped but hasn’t arrived yet?
Check the tracking information for updates on your package. If there are no new updates after 7 days for economy shipping, or if your standard shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check surrounding areas and allow two business days for potential delays. Sometimes packages are marked "delivered" before the actual delivery.
If you still haven’t received your item, contact us via live chat or email with your order details, and we’ll assist you.
