Our Shipping Process
We’re committed to delivering quality and unique products sourced from top manufacturers worldwide. Typically, it takes about 8-15 business days to pack and ship your order. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days to process. While we strive to deliver your order on time, Colorfulworld cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping to all Colorfulworld members on orders of $50 or more. For non-members, shipping costs vary based on the order total. Please refer to the pricing chart below for details:

Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If an order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship on weekends or the following U.S. holidays:

Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. To better serve our customers, we source inventory from our partnered manufacturers across various international locations. When your order is fulfilled by multiple warehouses, you may receive multiple shipments. There are no additional shipping fees if your order is split into multiple shipments. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that items ordered together may not ship on the same day.
Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled — if this happens, we will alert you via email.
In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. You do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled.
Cancellations
We begin processing your order immediately after it is placed. You have a short window of up to 60 minutes to cancel items before they begin processing. If cancellation is possible, the option will be available in your order details. Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. If cancellation is not possible, you may return any eligible items for a refund according to our return policy.
Refused Shipments
If your package is undeliverable and returned to sender, you will be refunded once the order is processed in our warehouse. Orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped, so please place a new order if you still wish to receive the items.
SHIPPING FAQs
Puerto Rico and APO/FPO Addresses:
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please stay updated with us, and we will notify you once we begin offering this service.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we only ship to the address that is specified on your order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Colorfulworld members enjoy free shipping on all orders of $50 or more, every single day. Shipping costs vary based on the order total and can range from $6 to $25. For express and overnight delivery, the costs are $15 and $25, respectively. For more details, please refer to our pricing chart.
When can I expect my order to ship?
At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees.
Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
For select orders we have up to 60 minutes to make changes to an order. Orders beyond this timeframe cannot be modified or cancelled. If requesting within 60 minutes of order placement, please contact us via chat or phone to see if the option is available. If we are unable to process a cancellation, you may return any eligible items for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
What do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received my package?
Please check the tracking information for updates. If there have been no new updates after 7 days for standard shipping, or if expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check the surrounding area and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case of delays. If you still haven’t received the item, contact us via live chat with your order details, and we will assist you.
