We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
To qualify for a refund, the return must be received and processed within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that items that have been altered or are personalized (such as monogrammed or custom-made products) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We no longer provide return labels for orders. Please use your own shipping label and choose a carrier of your preference. Ensure that the item is properly packaged and labeled. Items returned with incorrect labels or that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded or returned.

Please note that shipping fees will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns (excluding poor-quality items, missing items, or shipping errors on our part).

Returning & Exchanging Online Orders
To return items purchased on Colorfulworldelephantlight.com, please follow these steps:
1. Find Your Order Number

- Enter your order number and the email or phone number registered with your CW account.
- Select the order you want to return and click “View Details.”
- Click the “Create a Return” button, complete the return form, and click “Done.”
- Once complete, you’re ready to start the return process.

2. Print Your Own Return Label
- After creating your return request, you will receive a confirmation email from Colorfulworldelephantlight.com.
- Print your own return label and package your items in the original or similar packaging.
- Attach your own return label to the package. Please note, you will need to provide your own return label as we no longer provide them.
3. Prepare Your Return Package
- Pack the items securely in their original or similar packaging, and tape the package closed.
- Remove or cover the original shipping label on the box.
- Attach the printed return label to the package.
4. Mail Your Return
- Ship the package to the following address:

- Use the carrier of your choice.
- Important: Ensure that the return package is trackable and insured. Please include a copy of your order confirmation, packing list, or receipt in the return package.
5. Return Processing Time
- Returns may take up to 7 business days to reach our warehouse.
- Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notification confirming its processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6. Shipping Fees & Refunds
- A shipping fee, based on the method you choose, will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.
- Exceptions include returns due to poor quality, missing items, wrong items shipped, or damage caused by us.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original order.
Please note: We are not responsible for items not purchased from Colorfulworld returned to us by mistake.
7. Return Tracking

Can I cancel & exchange my order before it ships?
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it through your order details. If successful, your payment will not be charged. After 60 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return eligible items after they are delivered.

Transit time for returns back to our warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email once your return has been received and processed.
